Overview:
Frankston Packaging is hiring a Supplier Claims & Quality Compliance Specialist to manage all incoming material, service, and supplier-related issues. If you're experienced in quality assurance, vendor claims, and supply chain coordination—and you’re ready to take ownership of holding vendors accountable—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Investigate supplier issues including defective raw materials, incomplete deliveries, quality failures, and service gaps.
File and manage financial claims for reimbursement or credit due to non-compliant or substandard supplier performance.
Communicate and follow up with suppliers to negotiate and track resolutions.
Document and maintain a tracking system for all quality and financial claim activities.
Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Production teams to validate and support claims.
Analyze recurring issues and supplier performance trends to improve upstream quality.
Support supplier audits and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.

What You Bring:

3+ years’ experience in supplier quality, claims resolution, or procurement in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Strong understanding of vendor management and compliance processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple issues across vendors and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
