The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and ensuring timely material flow throughout the facility. This role supports production needs, promotes workplace safety, and leads warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material movement, storage, receiving, and shipping.
- • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with procedures.
- • Coordinate with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., ASI or Labeltraxx), and Microsoft Office.
- • Forklift certification (or ability to become certified).
- • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
