Business Development Manager

The purpose of the Business Development Manager is to support sales and ensure customer relations. This is achieved through building relationships with our current customers as well as new ones. And striving for a n ultimate customer experience.
Primary Duties:
1. Create a Lead Generation Strategy and Plan for themselves
a. What tools do we need? LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, HubSpot marketing?
b. How many calls and emails a week should be expected? 150, 200, 300?
c. Measuring the quality of the reach outs? Talk tracks? Templates?
d. Tracking Sales success/failure after the Lead Generation portion.
e. Dashboards for tracking all the above and monthly reporting
2. Create a plan with marketing to promote Frankston Packaging through HubSpot
a. Develop a marketing Strategy for our Sales team in general
b. Develop another strategy for marketing our associations and certifications
c. Promote and create a Thank you gifts program for anyone who replies to our Lead generation above.
d. Marketing Sales sheets mailings/emails
e. Dashboard to track and measure the results of everything in this section
3. Develop a plan for 2026 and beyond for this department
a. The success of 2025 will determine how many people are in this department in 2026 and beyond.
