Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with a proven track record in the flexible printing and packaging industry. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth in assigned territories. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, and skilled in building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through excellent service and proactive communication.

  • Develop and present customized packaging solutions to meet client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, design, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ sales experience in the flexible packaging, printing, or related manufacturing industries.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, printing processes (flexographic, gravure, digital), and converting.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed to develop business.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
